ADI also offers a Mathcing Marketing Grant Program to our BID members. The goal of the program is to increase foot traffic and ultimately spending in the district through increased marketing of individual businesses and of the district!
PLEASE NOTE: THE MATCHING MARKETING GRANT PROGRAM IS NOW CLOSED FOR SPRING 2010.
ADI will continue to provide image marketing and encourage cooperation in that effort. This program will stretch everyone's dollars even farther by providing a 50/50 match and resulting in a variety of impressions. Each business is unique in how they advertise their business. It is impossible for ADI to reach across all the media venues and hit all demographics. This program allows for your business to customize your message while promoting Downtown Appleton. The program may also offer a first time opportunity for a business to try a new media venue.
How to Apply: A business may apply for a 50/50 Matching Marketing Grant for up to $350. Marketing may be specific to your business or promote an event at your business. The ad is required to use the words "Downtown Appleton" and the Downtown Cool logo bug when possible. A report on % of increase in sales during marketing campaign or event is requested.
How to qualify:
The business must provide a written proposal for advertisements they wish to place and the total amount they plan to spend. Funding will be provided for up to $350 per business (One grant per business). Reimbursement from ADI will be processed once a paid invoice is submitted.
We are encouraging all of our media partners to consider joining in on this opportunity to help spread the message about supporting Downtown and the local economy.
The following media partners are on-board, so $350 will buy you $1050 in advertising! The following restrictions apply: ADI must approve the matching application prior to running ads. Advertisers can not apply matching dollars to an existing ad schedue.
