The Appleton Department of Public Works is advising drivers there will be no on- street parking in the downtown area Tuesday. The restriction is due to the anticipated snowfall and resulting cleanup necessary before the Downtown Appleton Christmas Parade Tuesday evening. Come and help out at our Santa Sunday during Festival of Trees! We still have openings for volunteers this Sunday from 11:45am-2:00pm. We are looking for volunteers to assist Santa during photo sessions with children and volunteers to help with ornament making in the art studio. Friends of APL Fall Book Sale

The Friends of APL Fall Book Sale is November 21 and 22 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm in Appleton Public Library’s lower level meeting rooms. Most items are $1 or less. This year we have a great selection of mysteries, science fiction and German books. A limited number of computer systems will also be available. They include a computer, monitor, keyboard, Friends of APL Fall Book Sale
