Spring Renewal Workshop

Join Robin, Rachel, Carol, AND Elisabeth for a morning of enlightened practices. Each instructor will teach 20-25 minutes, with a short pause between sessions, followed by a light lunch offering at the end. The perfect mini-retreat to help you transition into spring with renewed energy. Light lunch will be kitchari (mung beans and rice), and non-dairy chai tea latte.
