Parking meter

Metered Street Parking

Downtown Appleton’s metered street parking spaces are easy to use when you’re shopping, dining, visiting a friend or attending a meeting. At just $1.00 per hour, it’s the best short-term parking option Downtown. Metered parking is limited to two hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. After 6 PM on weekdays, and all day on Sundays and holidays, parking is free. Meters accept coins or credit cards when you download the Passport Parking app.

Parking Ramps

For a convenient extended stay parking option, choose one of the three color coded Downtown public parking ramps. Rates are $3.00 for less than 4 hours and $6 for more than 4 hours. The ramps accept cash, credit cards or pre-purchased parking passes.

Ramp guests in need of non-emergency assistance or questions may contact 5th Floor Customer Service Desk 920-832-6474 or email them directly.

Accessible Parking

Patrons with accessible needs have several convenient options when visiting Downtown Appleton.

Metered Parking: Patrons with disabled parking permits are allowed to park in any of Appleton’s on-street metered parking stalls free of charge and without time limits. With the exception of yellow parking meters, these meters have special restrictions that must be followed during the times posted on the meters.

Ramp Parking: Appleton provides accessible parking in all ramps, fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Ramp parking is free all day on Sundays.
