Park Ridge Gardens is a fabulous place to get your organic produce. I had the pleasure of meeting their wonderful staff and they gave me an overwhelming amount of delicious food. As you can tell from the picture above I was given tons of great food. Our family was able to make great salads that were topped with mushrooms, onions, peppers and tomatoes. My 2 boys just loved the broccoli which we steamed and the eggplant...WOW! I have always wanted to try the eggplant and so my husband and I made Eggplant Parmesan and it was so delicious. We will definitely be buying more produce from Park Ridge located on College Avenue outside Vagabond Imports every Saturday.
