Soup- Chicken Andouille Sausage Gumbo

Catfish Po Boy-Deep Fried Catfish on a Manderfields Hoagie with lettuce, tomato, pickles and Cajun tartar. Cajun Slaw and tater skins served on the side
Entrees- All served with a cup of Gumbo and Dirty rice
Deep Fried Cajun Catfish served with Cajun Tartar and Cajun Slaw
Bourbon St. Shrimp- Sauteed Jumbo Shrimp with garlic, green peppers, mushrooms and onions tossed together in a light Cajun cream sauce.

Cajun Pork Chops- Two 5 oz. Jacobs Meat Market Cajun Pork Chops topped with Crawfish Etouffee
