I thought I could vote online for my favorite soup but I just don't see any place to do that. If it can still be counted, my favorite was Cena's mushroom soup. It was fantastic!
Also, we were very disappointed that McGuinness ran out of soup quite early. We heard from others that they dished out large servings. A lesson learned, I hope.
Also, some places didn't serve what was listed for one reason or another. Also disappointing.
Otherwise, had fun.

Hi Sue,
Thanks for attending the Soup Walk. In order to ensure that only those attending the soup walk were voting, the vote slip was on the back of your ticket, but since you took the trouble to write, we will count your vote for Cena.
I understand your disappointment about McGuinness, but since it was their first year participating, I think they did learn something.
Finally the only business that I am aware of that didn't serve the soup that was listed on the ticket was Appleton Street Sports Bar & Grill. Again it was their first year plus they had a personnel change and did not feel they would be able to provide a high quality gumbo.
If their were others who changed their soup, please let me know.
Again thank you for enjoying Downtown Appleton and for taking the time to write.
