Gift Shop

What inspired you to start your business?

I wanted to start a shop that would have one of a kind, locally made items from all the great artists I knew. Which over time transitioned into a wonderful platform to show of Appleton and Wisconsin products.

What are 3 words that describe your business?

Supportive, Fun, Art!

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

Treat people as you would want to be treated.

What's something about your business nobody knows?

There are over 75 artists that contribute to our shop.

What do you love most about being in Downtown Appleton?

I love that it feels alive and people care about what happens here.

If you could share a meal with 3 individuals, living or dead, who would they be?

I would like to share a meal with Barack Obama, C.S. Lewis and Dolly Parton.

If you could describe your business as an animal, which one would it be and why?

My business animal would be the buffalo, because they are always watching out for each other and protect them from attackers.

What’s the weirdest food you have ever eaten?

Weirdest food was definitely sea urchin.
