The presence of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) has become increasingly common in workplaces and public areas throughout the United States since the year 2000, including in schools and public institutions. When someone collapses from a heart attack, every second counts; hesitation caused by not being able to quickly locate an AED absolutely has to be kept to a minimum.

AED's are conveniently located throughout Downtown.  Look for the signs with a red heart with a lightning bolt running through it.
