What The Heck IS Blissy Hour, Then?!
Up to 40 minutes of guided grooving moves and breath to embody to and flow through … and a solid 20+ minutes of sonic bliss to rest and integrate to … with some padded time added on for integrating and relating with no need to rush back into life. (Blissy Hour = 75 minutes – cuz bliss deserves a little more time.)
It’s FUN and a great way to release, balance, reset, and embody for the weekend ahead (or anytime!)
Define ‘moves’:
all moves groove with a BEAT (great DANCE-Y conscious lyric playlists curated by Savi!) and inspired by ancient movement practices like TaiChi, QiGong, Kundalini Yoga … and are designed to support the body in safely releasing stuck and stagnant energy, emotions, patterns, etc.
What is it GOOD for?
This type of embodied movement can help to release stress, anxiety, and worry, while calming and rebalancing the nervous system, and inducing a generally uplifted and more centered state of BEing.
Who doesn’t need some of that?!? Come get yours!
No experience necessary, open and embracing to all.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat
Blanket/Pillow (for sound journey savasana)
Water Bottle
Eye Mask (if preferred during sound journey)
Hand Towel (cuz breaking a sweat may happen, just like on the dance floor!)
Anything else you need for your cozy comfort
