Fox Valley Symphony music director, Brian Groner, and Concertmaster Yulia Smead have unmatched culinary skills in their group and they are ready to create and serve a gourmet meal you will never forget! FVS personnel manager, Eric Larsen, has the broadest wine knowledge in the symphony and conducts professional tasting events in Milwaukee.

Chefs Brian and Yulia will work with the winning bidder to select a date in 2012 for 8 to 10 of your special guests and create an approved menu. Brian and Wine Steward Eric will also offer the perfect wine pairings for each dish.
