The cold weather is here, and like most people we are all looking for ideas to get ourselves warmed up. One great way to warm yourself up is to practice yoga at Empower, downtown Appleton.
Practicing yoga is fun and uplifting. The list of benefits that yoga has to offer are endless but a few important ones are; ease of stressful tension, and the reduction of pent up anxiety. (Sounds like a great way to prepare yourself for the stressful holiday season!)
