Italian Fresh from Scratch It's Spegash at the Farm Market

Spegash is almost three years old. It started all in Neenah at the Saturday Farmers Market initially offering just Bruschetta. It was a blast!

After that Summer Spegash grew and as of right now it attends the Appleton Farmers Market all year long and the Festival Foods Summer Farmers Market in Darboy. Three types of Pesto Basil Pine nut, Basil Pistachio and Sicilian Pesto and Bruschetta  are sold at Woodman's and Festival OO in Appleton and Darboy.

At the very beginning Chef Rudy was cooking in a shared commercial kitchen in Appleton but now Spegash has its own commercial kitchen without a storefront. Everything is made from scratch using only the best fresh ingredients and more important no preservatives.
