Mystery at the Hearthstone Mansion
Do you enjoy a good mystery story? A genuine whodunnit? A scenario where the clues are intriguing and illusive, but need to fit neatly together?
Here’s your chance to participate in just such a situation.
Mystery at the Mansion, audience participation murder mystery events, will be held at Hearthstone in February. Lord and Lady Moon invite guests to their Moonlight Masquerade Charity Gala set in a beautiful Victorian mansion. A valuable necklace goes missing. And then things turn very sinister: Mayhem is the appetizer, madness the main course, murder is served a la cart! Participants are asked to come in costume, join the party, watch for clues and help solve the crime. The Sound Decision Acting Troupe will be featured.
The events are major fund-raisers for Hearthstone Historic House Museum, with proceeds supporting the ongoing operation and maintenance of the historical landmark. Mystery at the Museum will be held four evenings: Feb. 12, 13, 19 and 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. The cost is $110 per person, and includes appetizers, wine, coffee, soda and dessert. Space is limited.
