It’s that time of the year where we’re stuck somewhere between spring and summer, with little to do but count down the days until warmer weather. Instead of sitting indoors, wishing away the next few weeks of unpredictable weather, get out and join us at the Downtown Appleton Farm Market!
Located inside City Center Plaza, you’ll find up to 50 vendors selling fresh produce, handcrafted items, and prepared soups, salsas, and baked goods, (among many other must-have items). The Farm Market runs every Saturday from 9:00am to 12:30pm, and with each new week comes a new market theme. Stop by the market on any given Saturday, and you’ll find a market theme centered around topics like “learning and education”, “health and wellness”, “kids market”, or “sample the market”. All of our market themes are accompanied by special features and extra activities, for both adults and children to enjoy. There is so much to experience and discover at the Downtown Appleton Farm Market, and if you haven’t visited our indoor market just yet, now is the time to join us!
The final indoor market will be held on Saturday, May 27th , and although we’ll soon have to say “goodbye” to indoor Farm Market season, we’re ready and excited to bring the market outdoors! Beginning June 17th , more than 150 vendors will line College Avenue every Saturday, bringing you the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat, cheeses, baked goods and other specialty foods in the Fox Valley. Our weekly themes continue into the summer Farm Market season, and with them you’ll find special features and extra activities in Houdini Plaza. Mark the beginning of our outdoor market on your calendar, and visit us at our indoor market while you wait for summer to arrive!
