What is the name of your business and who is the owner(s)?

Aunty's Cafe (Ge Lor and Tia Lor, owners)

What service(s) and/or product(s) do you offer?

We are a grab and go cafe that offers, sweet & savory crepes, soup, curries, noodles, bubble tea, fresh squeezed lemonade and pina colada (nonalcoholic).

What inspired you to start your business?

We would like to serve inter-ethnic foods and drinks to be a part of the Appleton downtown community

What are 3 words that describe your business?

Fast, Fresh & Ready.

If your business had a theme song, what would it be?

The Breakfast Song from Up on Poppy Hill. We try to bring a positive experience and quality food for our customers.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

There are three things that you need to maintain to keep your life happy: family, faith and yourself.

What's something about your business nobody knows?

We started out in Downtown Oshkosh as a farmer's market booth selling crepes and drinks.

What do you love most about being in Downtown Appleton?

The community and the different stores.

If you were a super hero, what powers would you have?

The power of flight!

What 3 items would you take with you on a deserted island?

Fresh water, rice and bread.

If you had to describe your business as an animal, which one would it be and why?

An Elephant, because like an elephant we carry many things. For us that is many recipes from over the years and for the elephant it would be the load they carry.

Something else fun and unique about your business you want to share?

We will be constantly trying to make new recipes, such as an ice cream sandwich crepe we have in the works. Hopefully you all will enjoy them soon!
