Saturday & Sunday – open 10 am -Brunch

What inspired you to start your business?

Located on the Water, the Beauty & History of the building, former Hydro Electric plant built in 1907.  

What are 3 words that describe your business?

Picturesque

Vibrant

Mouthwatering 

If your business had a theme song, what would it be?

Billy Joel – Scenes from an Italian Restaurant

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

Stay true to who you are, follow your plan.   

What's something about your business nobody knows?

We have 2 subterranean floors beneath the dining room. 

What do you love most about being in Downtown Appleton?

Being close to an active Artistic and Business community
