Join us as we transform Downtown Appleton into an open air, market filled with food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, hands on activities, street performers, live music, cultural performances, glow lights and more! Light the Night Market in Appleton, Wisconsin, presented by Fox Communities Credit Union, will be located on College Avenue between Superior Street and Morrison Street, as well as in Houdini Plaza.

Music is always at the heart of our events Downtown. Find local musicians and entertainment on the stage in Houdini Plaza as well as up and down College Avenue in our music tents.

Parking
Ramp and metered, street parking is available throughout Downtown Appleton. Ramps accept cash and credit cards. The ramps are located as follows:
Yellow Ramp: Entrances located on East Washington Street and East Franklin Street
Red Ramp: Entrances located on South Superior Street and North Appleton Street.
Green Ramp: Entrance West Washington Street and North Division Street.
Meters accept coins or can be paid using the Passport Parking App. The app is completely free and very easy to use! For more information about parking rates, locations and procedures, visit the City of Appleton or Appleton Downtown, Inc.
Restrooms
Portable toilets will be located outside of Houdini Plaza.
Payments
Forms of payment accepted may vary from vendor to vendor. It’s a good idea to have cash.
Pets
Sorry, but no pets are allowed at the market. Violators may be fined, so please plan accordingly.
Trash
There are trash receptacles located throughout the market. Please help us keep Downtown clean by throwing away your trash. The City of Appleton also has trash and recycling cans located on the College Avenue sidewalks.
If you’re not quite ready for your Light the Night experience to end – STAY! Head over to the Gibson Music Hall for a “night cap.” Gibson will host the unofficial Light The NightCAP show, featuring Timmy Mac & Tyler Shea of Feed the Dog! This is a FREE Community Music Night, with music starting as soon as the big show ends in Houdini Plaza (approximately 9:30)!
